"The body has an incredible ability to heal itself when given the right environment."

Hi, I'm Jailin

I couldn't be more excited to be diving into the world of reflexology therapy and supporting individuals along their unique paths to healing and wellness.

Armed with a Master's degree from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Calgary, and boasting a rich 20-year career in social work-related services, I'm no stranger to the intricacies of both body and soul. My own health journey sparked an interest in the profound connection between listening to the body and shifting emotions, igniting a passion that drives me to explore the realms of holistic healing.

As a certified reflexologist registered with the Reflexology Association of Canada, I've delved into the art of stimulating the body's innate healing mechanisms through the power of touch. But my quest for understanding doesn't stop there.

One way in indulge in self care is by spending time at the Haven Institute for Personal and Professional Development. This is where my interest in marrying Western psychology with Eastern medicine approaches began.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I'm a committed community member, always eager to lend a helping hand and foster connections. You'll often find me embarking on outdoor adventures, rejuvenating amidst nature's embrace. And when it's time to unwind, I'm a firm believer in the art of slow mornings, savoring each moment with a cappuccino and the gentle rhythm of relaxation. So, whether I'm exploring the depths of healing capabilities or scaling the peaks of the Rockies, you can bet I'm doing it with passion, purpose, and a touch of serenity.
